Dr. Pitz joined the COMOM Board in 2026. She has been practicing in Boulder since 2019, bringing a unique blend of artistic precision and advanced clinical expertise to her patients. Her passion for the field began during her undergraduate years at Wake Forest University, where her extensive involvement with the North Carolina Missions of Mercy projects solidified her desire to use dentistry as a meaningful way to give back to the community. She went on to earn her dental degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2016. Driven by an artistic background and an eye for detail, she pursued advanced specialty training in Prosthodontics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After residency, Dr. Pitz and her husband, a Denver native, relocated to Colorado to be closer to the mountains. They welcomed their new daughter, Eliza, in April 2026. Outside the office, she loves taking advantage of everything the region has to offer, frequently spending her time backpacking, hiking, and skiing.
