COMOM was established in 2007 and has held clinics annually across Colorado. Past clinics have been extremely successful and have had a positive impact on the oral health of the communities where they were held. Through these clinics, COMOM has provided patients with more than $6 million in free dental care.
The first ever COMOM was held Oct. 18-21 at Adams State College in Alamosa. Nearly 100 dentists, 50 hygienists, 80 dental assistants, 20 lab technicians, 30 students and 200 volunteers built the COMOM army that provided free dental treatment to 1,301 grateful patients.
